I'm Amanda Fisher — Chartered Accountant, financial clarity specialist, and the person business owners call when the numbers stop making sense and the stakes start feeling real.

Why I do this work

I didn't set out to become the person who helps business owners understand their finances. I set out to be an accountant, which, for a long time, meant tax returns, compliance, and financial statements.

But somewhere along the way, I realised that wasn't enough.

I watched business owners come into meetings and ask me to just tell them where to sign. And I refused. Not because I was difficult but because I knew that if they didn't understand what the numbers were telling them, they were flying blind. And flying blind in business is expensive.

So I started explaining. Translating. Showing people what their numbers actually meant not just what they said.

And something shifted.

Owners who had always been intimidated by their finances started saying things like "I finally get it." They started asking better questions. Making better decisions. Feeling in control, maybe for the first time.

That's the work I was meant to do.
